At PPS, sports are an integral part of student life. The school has excellent facilities for cricket, football, basketball, athletics and more. Students regularly participate in inter-school and district-level competitions.
PPS has a full-sized cricket ground with net practice area. Students are coached by experienced coaches and regularly participate in district and state-level tournaments.
The school has a football ground where students are trained in basic skills, tactics and team play. Inter-house football tournaments are held every year.
A dedicated basketball court gives students the opportunity to develop agility and team spirit through regular practice and competitions.
Students participate in sprint, long jump, high jump and relay events at school and inter-school level. Annual Sports Day showcases our best athletes.
Indoor badminton courts allow students to play throughout the year. Coaching available for beginners and advanced players.
Kabaddi is part of the school sports calendar. Students train under dedicated coaches and compete at inter-school and district levels.
Our clubs and societies help students discover and develop their passions outside the classroom - from science to art, music to eco-conservation.
Students explore science beyond the textbook through experiments, projects and science fairs. The club encourages curiosity and scientific temperament.
PPS Eco Club promotes environmental awareness through tree plantation drives, cleanliness campaigns and awareness programmes. NCC cadets are active members.
The Literary Club organises essay writing, debate, poetry recitation and quiz competitions. It helps students develop strong communication and language skills.
Students develop artistic skills through drawing, painting, clay modelling and craft-making. The club organises annual exhibitions of student artwork.
Classical dance, folk dance, vocal music and instrumental music are taught by trained instructors. Students perform at school events and competitions.
Students learn programming, multimedia and digital skills beyond the regular curriculum. Members participate in coding competitions and hackathons.
